2. How do I place an order for custom-printed products?
Simply visit our website, choose the product you want to customize (T-shirt, puzzle, etc.), and upload the image you want to be featured. We will cartoonify or edit your image and transform it into a vibrant product before shipping it to you.

3. What sizes are available for T-shirts?
We offer a variety of sizes, ranging from Extra Small (XS) to Extra Large (XL) to ensure everyone can find a comfortable fit. 

4. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Our processing time typically takes 1-2 business days, and shipping times depend on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery from the date of order is typically 5 - 7 days.

No, we only deliver in South Africa

6. Can I return or exchange my order?
For custom products, exchanges are not possible, for returns please send an email to support@proteaplaza.com. For our pre-designed products, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition. Please contact our customer support team for assistance with returns or exchanges. 

7. What file format should I use to upload images for custom products?
We accept most common image file formats, such as JPG, PNG, and GIF. Make sure the image is clear and of high quality to ensure the best results for your custom product.
