Simply visit our website, choose the product you want to customize (T-shirt, puzzle, etc.), and upload the image you want to be featured. We will cartoonify or edit your image and transform it into a vibrant product before shipping it to you.
3. What sizes are available for T-shirts?
We offer a variety of sizes, ranging from Extra Small (XS) to Extra Large (XL) to ensure everyone can find a comfortable fit.
4. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Our processing time typically takes 1-2 business days, and shipping times depend on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery from the date of order is typically 5 - 7 days.

No, we only deliver in South Africa

For custom products, exchanges are not possible, for returns please send an email to support@proteaplaza.com. For our pre-designed products, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition.
