Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • European Union: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

We use simple, flat-rate shipping to keep checkout clear and predictable.

  • $6.95 flat rate

  • Free shipping on orders over $75

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • $8.95 flat rate

🇨🇦 Canada

  • $8.95 CAD flat rate

🇪🇺 European Union

  • $8.95 flat rate

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your local government.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Protea Plaza is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We cannot offer a refund

  • A replacement order may be placed with the correct address


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier

Protea Plaza is not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may be produced and shipped from different locations. If this happens, you may receive multiple packages at no extra cost.
